INNER GOLF® is a comprehensive program designed to improve your mental game through the three "R"s:

1) Relaxation
Hypnosis and Relaxation Training
Learn to let go of accumulated tension in the body which interferes with optimum performance. Discover "the zone" and how to re-enter this fluid state of mind and body on the course. Understand how the subconscious operates and develop tools to get the results you want. Hypnosis, which is simply a state of deep relaxation, allows the subconscious to become receptive to positive suggestion.

2) Rehearsal
Mental Rehearsal & Visualization
Research shows that during mental rehearsal the neurons fire slightly -- as if the body were actually executing the shot. Learn how to mentally rehearse ideal shots and train your subconscious to reproduce them on the course.

3) Routine
The INNER GOLF Routine
Many pros agree that golf is about 90% mental. INNER GOLF® gives you a specific pre- and post-shot routine to use on the course that will help you overcome common problems such as losing focus, performance anxiety, inconsistency and allowing one flubbed shot to ruin the next few holes.

INNER GOLF® can be delivered in either individual or group programs.

The individual program is offered in a six-session package. The first session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes in length. The entire program can be delivered very effectively by telephone. Clients may also schedule an in-person session either in the office or on the golf course for an additional charge.

INNER GOLF® addresses concerns such as:

In addition to the one-on-one sessions, the program also includes:

  • The INNER GOLF® manual, which summarizes key concepts and guides you through the process of personalizing the program to your needs.
  • The INNER GOLF® CD, which helps you practice, learn, and incorporate leading edge relaxation techniques
  • The INNER GOLF® on-course pocket card, which reminds you of the steps in your own personalized inner routine.

Group programs (such as corporate outings, clinics at public or private golf courses, cruises, etc.) include :
